Payments & Fees

Service fees, payment schedules, advance payments, recurring charges, and other applicable costs will be communicated to the client before or during the service engagement.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the client is responsible for making payments within the agreed payment period.

Bhogolic may pause or suspend work when required payments remain outstanding. Additional work, modifications, third-party charges, advertising budgets, hosting, domain, software, plugins, APIs, or other external costs may be charged separately where applicable.

Project Timelines

Project timelines are estimated based on the agreed scope, requirements, availability of information, client approvals, technical dependencies, and other relevant factors.

Advertising budgets and third-party platform charges are separate from Bhogolic's service fees unless specifically agreed otherwise.

Client Content & Materials

Clients are responsible for ensuring that any content, images, videos, logos, documents, trademarks, data, software, or other materials provided to Bhogolic may legally be used for the intended project or campaign.

The client represents that it has the necessary rights, permissions, licenses, or authorizations for materials supplied to Bhogolic.

Bhogolic is not responsible for claims arising from unauthorized or unlawful client-provided materials.

Termination

Either party may request termination of a service or project subject to the applicable agreement, notice requirements, outstanding payments, and other agreed conditions.

Upon termination, the client remains responsible for payment of completed work, approved expenses, committed third-party costs, and other amounts that became payable before termination.

Bhogolic may suspend or terminate services where there is non-payment, misuse of services, unlawful activity, violation of these Terms, or other circumstances that reasonably require termination or suspension.
